"For anyone with a future on the stage, there's only way place to spend the summer, and to get in, they've got to bring the moves, the sound, and the look, but it's best to leave behind the attitude. In a place where your friends are your competition, there's a difference between standing out and standing alone."
It's been one year since Mitchie Torres and Shane Gray have rocked the camp rock stage with their small duet. Shane and Peggy have recorded an amazing duet of their own and it's been put on Connect 3's new CD called Camp Rock Memories It's sold Millions. Now it's Summer again. time to go back to the camp that started it all for Shane, Mitchie, Tess, Peggy and the rest of the gang. You'd think now that Tess would be nice and actually care about everything, but no. She's still the same jerk that she was before. Nate and Caitlyn have found love.. in eachother and Jason has found a mysterious love of his own.
This year it's going to be better than last and everyone is getting back together and having a blast, but whats going to happen when Tess tries to take Shane from Mitchie or even Nate from Caitlyn. You'll have to come and find out.

Out of character.
First. Respect everyone, be they staff, another member, a guest. There should be no reason for fighting in the C-Box or the boards. Name-calling especially, because really how much more childish can you get? Treat others as you wanted to be treated.
Second. Don't spam. Spamming is one you post pointless messages more than once; this includes in the same post. Posts should always be at least one full sentence, unless you're in the arcade area or in the C-Box and you should always type out your full words. No chat speak.
Third. Don't bother other members via PM, especially not if you're trying to get them to join your site. If they want you to PM them the link, they'll tell you. If they don't ask you to, just post in the advertising board. Maybe they'll be interested in it and join. If they're not, then that's too bad.
In character.
First. You must post at least 50 words in character. That may seem like a lot, but it really isn't. We have have a little word count installed on the site that shows up at the bottom of every post, so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out how much you've got. In this post, the rules, so far there are already 252 words.
Second. If you change the colour of your post, please make sure it's something legible and won't make everyone's eyes bleed. If it isn't legible, and does make eyes hurt, no one will respond. However, colouring your font at all is looked down upon, because if we change the skin and your font doesn't show up, it's a major inconvenience to the person who's trying to respond to you.
Third. There is a limit of one character to an account, so that people will have an idea of who they're RPing with, and also so that we admins can give you a pretty coloured name once you've been accepted. There is also a limit of four accounts per person. Maybe if you're extra good and super active we'll make an exception, but quality is more important than quantity.
Fourth. When you're creating your character, it's important to have some faults. Keep the personality somewhat realistic - nobody's perfect.
Fifth. No powerplaying: Powerplaying is when your character does something to another character without their permission, for example, "Arden leapt at Paris and hit her in the back, causing her to fall down." It should be "Arden leapt atParis' back, hoping that she would fall over." Another form of Powerplay is when you dodge every hit. It's not possible. So be realistic.
Sixth. No godmoding: Godmoding is making your character have super powers, or be able to do things that no normal person would never be able to do. Seventh. Never eat shredded wheat.
Eighth. Out of character conversations should take place out of character. Only post in OOC comment in an IC thread if it's really, really necessary. Like, if someone's being an idiot and you need them to stop. Or you want to close the thread. Things like that.
Ninth. You should only be in two or three places at a time, and if you're not active in all the threads you've decided to join in on, the privilege will be taken away. Remember, quality over quantity. Besides, if you start doing that no one will want to post with you.
Tenth. Many members around the forum like to have images in their signatures and as their avatars. However, all images must be appropriate. Avatars cannot exceed the size 100x100 pixels, and signatures must not exceed the size 500x250. You are limited to one image per signature. Eleventh. A roleplaying game is a game. Don't take anything that happens in character personally. Just because no one likes your character doesn't mean people don't like you.
Twelve. For the love of God, no more graphic mating. If you feel it's necessary to have sex, take it to PMs. Otherwise, use the 'fade to black' method. Basically, when you're are getting dirty with someone, start a new paragraph, or make a pretty line, or put '[fade to black]' or something, and then you can tell us about what happens after. Without details. kthxbye. The penalty for breaking this important rule will be a ban from the forum for three days; we're taking this seriously. \
